Everything was perfect. True value for money. The facility is super well maintained, stylish, clean and basically brand new. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and includes everything you would need. There is good sound insulation for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel is easy to navigate to, it's within a brand new complex of buildings and super close to the Avrasia tunnel and walking distance to nearby malls and public transport. There is hotel parking (underground), but you can also park outside. The staff was super nice. Ozan was an exceptional professional, he was always available and kind, always helpful, he was fantastic. Speaks fluent English and is always positive and smiling. Truly cares about the guests of the hotel. The food in the restaurant is also nice and the breakfast is delicious. Fast service and very good room service as well. The staff know how to make you feel good and at the right place. We would definitely come back and have already recommended the hotel.

This hotel was really nice! The personnel are very friendly and housekeeping was top! They were VERY nice people!! Please tip them well if you go! They really make everything super nice. We had a couple of things that needed some extra attention, and then we left for the day, and when we got back, they were completely fixed. They did what they said they were going to do without having to ask again. The location is good. The area, there was a bar close walking distance The North Shield Bar which was super nice. We felt very safe and Turkish people are so kind and friendly! We would definitely stay again when we come to this area. The breakfast was nice. It would be nice to have a bit more fruit but everything well-stocked. It‘s also close walking distance to the metro which is very convenient.

- Cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. - Daily housekeeping. - Very Friendly, helpful and kind staff; especially Mr. Ozan and Ulvi. - I was really impressed by the location as I thought that it is remote from the attractions and services, next to the hotel there is a cozy outdoor center includes supermarket, restaurants and cafes, as well as the shopping malls that is less than 10 mins away by taxi, which you can ask the staff to request you a one. - The rooms were exactly the same as shown here and the air-conditioning was cooling. - On the contrast of the rest hotels I’ve been in Istanbul, the elevators were spacious and never been busy. It will be definitely my first choice to stay in at the next time.

I don’t usually write any feedbacks on booking but this time I think I need to explain how pleased I was with my stay on this hotel.This was the most clean hotel and their staff was amazing and very down to earth,very helpfull specially the young girl working in their restaurant with middle short black hair,She was always smiling and made us very comfortable I Will never forget her help for my friend who made surgery and she took care of her with even buying her medicine.THANK YOU SO MUCH I hope your boss see this review,he need to be thankfull for working there.I Will again with pleasure stay on this hotell when comming to Istanbul again.They had a very nice shopping mall 4 minutes away with car called akasya.

The reception staff is very pleasant and friendly. They helped us with everything. For breakfast there were berries and fruits, different types of coffee, I would like a little more diverse greens, so that there was a minimum choice (a little arugula, dill, basil, cilantro, parsley, etc). I am very glad that on the day of check-in we received a pleasant and delicious compliment from the hotel director, especially sweets. The metro and a large shopping center are nearby, there are also good cafes and restaurants, shops as well.
