Buem Hotel Koşuyolu

Everything was perfect. True value for money. The facility is super well maintained, stylish, clean and basically brand new. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and includes everything you would need. There is good sound insulation for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel is easy to navigate to, it's within a brand new complex of buildings and super close to the Avrasia tunnel and walking distance to nearby malls and public transport. There is hotel parking (underground), but you can also park outside. The staff was super nice. Ozan was an exceptional professional, he was always available and kind, always helpful, he was fantastic. Speaks fluent English and is always positive and smiling. Truly cares about the guests of the hotel. The food in the restaurant is also nice and the breakfast is delicious. Fast service and very good room service as well. The staff know how to make you feel good and at the right place. We would definitely come back and have already recommended the hotel.

The hotel was actually a quite good surprise, I have booked it initially mostly because it’s location, walking distance to a medical facility I had to visit, but was quite good surprised. It has modern facilities and they have thought when furnishing the rooms about every small detail - comfortable bed, smart tv , coffee machine and all the other small amenities to make your stay smooth. Breakfast was very good with many options and quite fresh food. The people working there were super kind, friendly and professional.

Clean and well designed, Buem Hotel offers a comfortable stay at the right price. The provided breakfast was good and had a large selection of items to choose from. The rooms were immaculate and we appreciated the bottled water restocked daily. A little far from the main attractions or downtown Kadikoy, but that also meant that we were in a quiet area and got a peaceful night sleep. The AC and wifi worked as promised. The tv channels were mostly Turkish but the hotel has a Netflix account that we were able to enjoy.

I liked the size of our family suite. It was big and comfortable for all four of us. The staff were very professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is very nice in a trendy neighbourhood. We had a big balcony over looking Çamlica Tower. The Room service was excellent.

- Cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. - Daily housekeeping. - Very Friendly, helpful and kind staff; especially Mr. Ozan and Ulvi. - I was really impressed by the location as I thought that it is remote from the attractions and services, next to the hotel there is a cozy outdoor center includes supermarket, restaurants and cafes, as well as the shopping malls that is less than 10 mins away by taxi, which you can ask the staff to request you a one. - The rooms were exactly the same as shown here and the air-conditioning was cooling. - On the contrast of the rest hotels I’ve been in Istanbul, the elevators were spacious and never been busy. It will be definitely my first choice to stay in at the next time.
